The ban message you received is automatized. It is the one you get when a spam thread is deleted and everyone who posted in it is automatically banned, including yourself.
My advice? Be careful of the threads you post in. If you post in a spam thread, it is very likely that it gets deleted and you get automatically banned, even if your post wasn't spam itself.
